When a client sets an appointment with one of the massage therapists, the allotted time period is reserved for the purpose of providing therapeutic massage and is subject to our terms of service. Booking a service with us reserves a set time period for your appointment. It is the responsibility of the client to give advanced notice of any changes that need to be made to their appointment. We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise and that an appointment may need to be changed or canceled.
We request 48 hours notice for making changes to a scheduled appointment. Advanced notice makes it possible to fill openings in our schedule. There are no fees for clients who cancel up to 24 hours in advance. Clients who cancel without proper notice or do not show up twice may be required to pre-pay for subsequent bookings.
Clients who do not give adequate notice to cancel their appointment will be held responsible for payment as follows:
- Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance will be charged one half the cost of the appointment.
- No Call/No Show will be charged the full cost of the appointment.
- Clients who arrive late for their appointment may receive the remainder of their scheduled appointment at the therapist’s discretion unless the remaining time is less than half of the original time .
